First Japanese issue came in a deluxe matte gatefold sleeve with thick, orangey-red obi with white text, Japanese insert with Japanese language liner notes and Japanese lyrics to A Passion Play, giant folded poster, and 8-page Linwell Theatre program that fits into die-cut slots on each side of the inner gatefold. The story & image printed on inner gatefold are matched with the printing on pages 4 & 5 of the program so that when properly opened/inserted/aligned the images & print match up fairly seamlessly.
The thinner region to the right on the obi states:
